Redeemer Supports a Mission in Thailand
Since the mid 1990’s, Redeemer Lutheran Congregation has sponsored Hmong students from rural areas in northern Thailand at our mission home in Nan, Thailand. Students are housed under adult supervision, provided food and clothing, and have their school costs paid for by members of Redeemer.
This project is in direct partnership with the Thailand Concordia Lutheran Church (TCLC). On a regular basis, the students learn about the Bible as they are taught by our missionary, Preecha.
In the near future, Redeemer will be sending it's first mission team to serve the project and witness to the students.
Our congregation witnesses to the students and their families through regular worship services in the Hmong language produced by our Hmong membership here in Manitowoc.

| Preecha Yang is our missionary to Redeemer's Thailand Mission Project. On a regular basis, Preecha visits the project teaches the students about Jesus through word and song. Preecha is a university student studying in Chiang Mai. He is also enrolled in the LISA (Lutheran Institute for Southeast Asia) program. The LISA program is an education program to train church leaders in Southeast Asia.
