CHRISTMAS PROGRAM DATES; we will be having our (M-W-F) Christmas program December 21st at 6:30.
The year old class (T-Th) program will be held on Tuesday December 20 at 10:30 A.M.
A few reminders…
1. If your child is sick the day or night before school (vomiting, fever, and cough) or just doesn’t seem themselves, PLEASE keep them home. When sick children come to school, germs are spread to others. Please keep this in mind when making your decision.
2. Encourage your child to go to the bathroom before coming to school.
3. Please check the entrance doors or lobby easel for special announcements, sign-up sheets, etc…
4. Book orders are due on November 16th. Think Christmas!!!
5. For the M-W-F class we need 25 snacks for the children.
6. Special thank you, to all of our class room helpers. We appreciate your help.
School Picture: On November 16th& 17th the school is offering a day to have your child photoset by Herff Jones Company. We will be sending you information on the package.
Younker’s Community Day Coupon Books: If you still would like to purchase a coupon book for $5 which contains an instant $10 off coupon, please stop in the office. Community Day is Saturday, Nov. 11&12, 2011
Pizza Sales: We truly appreciate your participation in selling Port Sandy Pizza. It provides the preschool monies for replacing toys, supplies and the operation of preschool. The pickup will be November 9th. More information will be sent out. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!!!
Progress Reports: Watch for Progress Reports November 17/18. It will be sent home informing you how your child is growing socially and emotionally. If we feel there is a concern we will address this and contact you.
Operation Christmas Child: We are participating in a shoe box gift, which will bring joy and hope to children in desperate situations worldwide through simply gifts filled shoe boxes program. Some of the suggestions are school supplies, toys, hygiene items, and a personal note. More information will be sent out at a later date.
Weather: Remember the weather is changing and the cold weather is here. (Please put names in the jackets and boots.) For cancelation on school please listen to the radio station, or T.V.
Thanksgiving worship at Redeemer Lutheran Church is Thursday November 24th at 9:00a.m. All are welcome.
